I am not saying to remove everything, but consider this. If you have seven favourite unhealthy food which you eat regularly, completely stop eat two or three from your list, and limit your intake of the remaining four unhealthy food.
In my case, I stopped consuming deep fried food, so that means no fast food. But it wasn’t easy so I cut myself some slack, every once in awhile I’ll have a bowl of fries, but that’s about it.
Once you have set your mind to achieve your goals, it becomes less difficult to break all those bad habits.
